Role Overview
This position is focused on leading multiple Salesforce teams transitioning from project delivery to a stable Business-As-Usual (BAU) model within a Wellington-based organisation. The contract extends until March 2027 with an immediate or short-notice start.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the handover from project teams to ongoing platform support, including preparation of support documentation.
- Manage and resolve defects and enhancements related to the Attendance Management system within Salesforce.
- Develop and expand the Salesforce Platform Product Portfolio for improved service delivery.
- Provide continued support, discovery, and development activities on the Salesforce platform.
Required Skills and Experience
- In-depth understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance platform value and guide product-related decisions.
- Demonstrated experience transitioning projects to a mature BAU operating environment.
- Competency in owning and prioritizing a diverse product backlog across multiple platform services.
- Strong client management skills enabling effective collaboration, influence, and stakeholder alignment.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment featuring multiple squads.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
