Sales Staff

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Sales Staff for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will interact directly with customers in our showroom, providing detailed product information and assisting customers in selecting items tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers upon arrival, articulating product features and pricing clearly.
• Manage sales transactions efficiently using POS systems, including processing purchases, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and attractive sales floor presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with team members to restock products, and ensure proper product displays.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support ongoing sales efforts.
• Assist in preparing basic sales reports, upholding company standards for professionalism and customer service.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal communication across diverse customer backgrounds.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes, cash handling, and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to keep displays tidy and manage tasks during high-traffic times.
• Competence in resolving customer issues and managing conflicts calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
• Comfortable with basic technology tools including POS software, email communication, and simple sales reporting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles within the UAE is preferred but not compulsory.
