Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the showroom, ensuring seamless customer service, compliance documentation, and staff coordination. The position involves managing customer interactions, staff supervision, administrative duties related to RTO and insurance paperwork, maintaining data accuracy, and overseeing both field and inside sales activities.

• Supervise and guide showroom staff to optimize team performance.
• Handle RTO and insurance paperwork, ensuring full compliance and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records relevant to sales and operations.
• Coordinate field sales activities to meet targets and expand reach.
• Oversee inside sales operations within the showroom to maximize revenue.
• Ensure smooth functioning and management of the entire showroom with clear paperwork processes.
