Role Overview

At Globalearth Oil, a petroleum and oil industry company based in Noida, we are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive. The role entails identifying and developing new commercial opportunities while cultivating long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and nurture new business prospects.
• Generate potential leads and successfully convert them into loyal customers.
• Manage and expand the portfolio of existing clients.
• Prepare pricing documents, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to guarantee prompt fulfillment of orders.
• Meet defined monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Compile sales analytics and keep CRM systems updated.
• Lead and support the sales team towards achieving strategic company objectives.
• Devise and implement sales plans aimed at boosting revenue growth.
• Keep track of industry trends and competitor behaviors to identify new growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in sales roles.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven history of successfully achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to excellent service.
• Bachelor's degree is preferable.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools is advantageous.
