Sales Executive

Position Overview

As a Sales Executive at Marriott International in Faridabad, Haryana, your role centers around managing guest interactions through various communication channels including phone, fax, and mail. You will employ effective sales strategies to boost revenue while nurturing guest loyalty towards the Marriott brand, including upselling and offering complimentary rewards. Additionally, you will handle Marriott Rewards points processing, including redemption requests and reservations entry into the appropriate systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest inquiries, requests, or issues by liaising with appropriate departments such as Sales, Data Administration, or Accounting.
• Promote brand awareness both internally and externally while managing reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.
• Perform general administrative support tasks such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to aid Sales & Marketing functions.
• Assist in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model and adhering to company policies including uniform standards and confidentiality.
• Welcome guests warmly and proactively respond to their service needs following company etiquette and standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms, including phone etiquette and document accuracy.
• Cultivate positive team relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to colleague concerns.
• Monitor team members’ adherence to quality standards and visually verify information as required.
• Manage occasional physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds and complete other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
