Role Overview
As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will play a key role in delivering memorable experiences for consumers. This position will have you sharing product stories, promoting in-store events, and supporting the achievement of the store's goals as part of a passionate and motivated team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing the C.H.A.R.M service model.
- Promote a positive team environment by contributing ideas, offering feedback, and embodying Crocs' core values.
- Support all store operations including point-of-sale management, customer interaction, merchandising, visual displays, and stockroom organization to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with store management to meet and surpass individual sales targets through strategic selling efforts.
- Represent the brand effectively by staying updated on product launches, collaborations, and initiatives to enrich customer engagement.
- Comply with all company policies regarding asset protection, inventory control, and other operational protocols.
Required Qualifications and Physical Demands
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with consistent punctuality and attendance.
- Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to thrive in a dynamic retail setting.
- Capability to move merchandise safely using appropriate equipment between stockroom and sales floor.
- Competency to arrange and place items on shelves and racks.
- Ability to climb ladders while carrying items.
- Capacity to lift 30 pounds or more, sometimes with help.
- Endurance to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift continuously.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods.
- Reading comprehension skills sufficient to understand instructions and operate registers and computers.

Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $17.50, reflecting local market conditions. Pay will never fall below applicable minimum wage laws.
