About the Role

La Petite Maison is launching a new location in Boston and seeks dedicated Runners who excel in speed and accuracy. This critical position involves close collaboration with the floor staff to guarantee every dish is delivered to guests with perfect timing, presentation, and energy in an energetic fine dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest tables promptly and precisely
• Assist the floor team in upholding table presentation and service standards throughout the shift
• Maintain clear communication with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Exemplify LPM's commitment to warmth and meticulous attention to detail, even during rapid service interactions

Candidate Profile

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage, preferably in a runner or similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and stay organized
• A strong team-oriented approach, capable of close coordination with colleagues
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for developing a career in fine dining
