About the Role

Neomanav Robotics Private Limited, a pioneering deep-tech startup focused on humanoid robotics for industrial applications, seeks dedicated Robot Pilots to operate advanced humanoid robots on-site at their Electronic City facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time position requires immediate joining, involving 10-hour shifts over six days a week, mostly standing and moving while wearing VR and motion-capture equipment to control robots in real industrial tasks in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Control humanoid robots in real time by utilizing VR and motion capture technologies.
• Perform precise and consistent factory-related tasks through the robots.
• Provide detailed and constructive feedback to engineers to improve robot AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills.
• Ability to think rapidly and resolve problems promptly under pressure.
• Maintain strong concentration and task quality during extended, repetitive duties.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and develop professionally within a startup environment.

No prior robotics experience is mandatory, making this role accessible for freshers and individuals from related backgrounds such as FPV drone piloting, gaming, VR experience, simulation operation, or machine handling.

• This is a physically active role requiring standing and movement throughout the shift while wearing specialized gear.
• Work schedule includes 10-hour shifts across six days per week.
• This opportunity offers a pathway into the robotics industry with a salary range up to ₹600,000 per annum.

Recruitment Process

• Step 1: An online aptitude assessment evaluating spatial reasoning, attention to detail, and rapid decision-making skills.
