Restaurant Manager

About the Role

This position is for a restaurant manager overseeing the day-to-day functioning of a pizza-focused quick service outlet. The role centers on keeping store operations efficient, improving sales performance, and making sure the outlet runs to the expected business standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise store operations to ensure the outlet runs smoothly and meets business targets.
• Maintain the store premises and manage all equipment so operations continue without disruption.
• Execute each shift according to the approved schedule and operational plan.
• Organize staff deployment across shifts based on business needs.
• Support local sales promotion efforts such as door-to-door flyer distribution, newspaper inserts, and corporate outreach calls.
• Conduct periodic team meetings to keep staff engaged and motivated.
• Prepare operational reports related to food cost, inventory, wastage, and profit and loss.
• Take ownership of daily store operations, shift handling, inventory control, and food-cost monitoring.

Requirements

• The candidate should be capable of managing restaurant operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Experience in handling shifts, inventory, food cost tracking, and general store operations is expected.
• Ability to prepare operational reports and maintain control over wastage and profitability is important.
• Any graduate may apply.

Eligibility

Open to any graduate who can handle restaurant operations and shift-based store management.

Compensation

The offered package is INR 3,50,000 to 5,50,000 per year.
