Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a continental restaurant and a small hotel with 7 rooms. The role requires proficient knowledge of OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms for managing booking processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of a continental style restaurant ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the functioning and maintenance of a hotel comprising 7 rooms, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
- Handle booking and room reservations through various OTA platforms efficiently to maximize occupancy.
Essential Requirements
- Strong familiarity with OTA platforms and their booking management systems.
- Ability to manage both hotel and restaurant operations simultaneously.
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on continental cuisine and small hotel operations is preferred.
