Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute replenishment strategies for the Coffee & Tea portfolio throughout the U.S. and Canada, striking an effective balance between availability, inventory condition, and waste reduction.
  • Analyze inventory data, sales trends, forecasts, and ordering patterns to detect risks and suggest actionable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Manage replenishment planning for new product introductions, limited-time offerings, and transition phases.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to address inventory challenges and ensure smooth delivery of key business initiatives.
  • Create reporting, analytics, and automation tools to improve planning visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate inventory risks, financial impacts, and recommended actions to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Implement continuous improvement efforts by streamlining processes, enhancing inventory performance, and adopting new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain, inventory management, replenishment planning, demand planning, or related analytical functions.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel for data analysis, modeling, and handling complex datasets.
  • Experience with analytical software such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI, automation, and innovative technology to optimize business procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with effective decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving work environment.
  • Skilled at building partnerships and influencing decisions across multiple departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
