Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and sustain efficient process flow within the designated workstream.
  • Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and team members to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Guarantee seamless completion of processes adhering strictly to established standards.
  • Manage operational tasks and stock, ensuring timely and accurate completion, leading teams to fill shelves and handle deliveries following company guidelines.
  • Deliver on-the-job coaching and training to team members, fostering a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Maintain store standards by ensuring teams fill shelves correctly, prioritize shelf-friendly packaging, and manage surplus stock appropriately.
  • Escalate any process-related issues promptly to the Function Lead for resolution.
  • Assume responsibility as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts and actively engage in team-building initiatives like "Better Together" connections.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong commitment to process excellence and continuous learning.
  • Skilled at building collaborative relationships with various functions and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities including delegating tasks, monitoring team progress, providing constructive feedback, and motivating team members.
  • Expertise in compliance within operational functions and exceptional communication skills to clearly convey tasks and standards.
  • Behavior aligned consistently with company values.
  • Availability to work at least four weekend shifts monthly and a minimum of one evening each week.

Work Schedule

  • Tuesday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Wednesday to Saturday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
