This contract role entails curating authentic and high-quality content that appeals to pet owners, while maintaining a consistent and captivating brand image across social channels for a Shopify-based business targeting the US audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook, featuring posts, reels, stories, and captioning.
- Design visually engaging graphics, photos, and short videos that align with the brand identity and appeal to pet enthusiasts.
- Craft compelling captions and written content that echo the brand’s voice and principles.
- Keep abreast of social media trends and adapt content plans to boost audience reach and interaction.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to nurture the community.
- Analyze and report on core performance indicators to guide future content development.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, ideally within e-commerce or consumer product sectors.
- Strong capabilities in content creation, including photography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Familiarity and proficiency in Instagram and Facebook features, including content formats and analytics tools.
- Ability to uphold a coherent brand voice and visual style.
