About the Role

Join our team as a Remote Exam Proctor and Customer Support Specialist, where your responsibilities will include safeguarding the integrity of online nursing exams and delivering high-quality support to exam candidates throughout the testing process. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and multiple shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee online exam sessions using secure proctoring software to prevent cheating.
• Confirm the identity of candidates and ensure their eligibility to take the exam.
• Enforce exam rules and detect any suspicious or unpermitted behaviors during testing.
• Communicate proactively with test takers through phone and email to offer assistance and quickly resolve any issues.
• Accurately document any incidents and escalate concerns following protocol.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the security and effectiveness of testing procedures.
• Keep meticulous records of all interactions and investigations related to exam sessions.
• Utilize third-party platforms that facilitate the online examination process.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or roles with direct customer interaction; two or more years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient multitasking capabilities, balancing phone, email, and multiple software systems simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail paired with reliable decision-making skills.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable and self-motivated when working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, with particular advantage given to Excel proficiency.
• Prior experience as an online exam proctor is advantageous but not mandatory.
