Job Overview

The role of the Remote Chat Support Agent is to act as the primary point of contact for individuals interacting with the organization’s educational programs. Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to live chat and email inquiries.

• Guide users through registration processes, website navigation, and resource access.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues and assist users in resolving common problems.
• Address customer concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or live chat support.

Compensation
