About the Role
This position is focused on direct marketing within the B2C segment for Kotak Life Insurance. Employees receive customer leads and are responsible for engaging with potential clients personally to present and sell life insurance products. It is important to note that this role does not pertain to agency recruitment or expanding advisory networks but is centered exclusively on direct sales to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting daily cold calls using the provided client database.
- Scheduling appointments with prospective clients.
- Carrying out approximately 23 in-person client meetings each day across the local city area.
- Presenting and explaining life insurance offerings and related financial solutions to customers.
- Managing all documentation processes and finalizing sales transactions.
- Tracking daily sales activities and maintaining high productivity levels.
