Role summary
This full-time remote role is for a Recruiter who will handle the complete hiring cycle for clients in multiple sectors and technology domains. The position requires steady coordination with candidates, hiring managers, and clients while working independently from a remote setup and meeting delivery expectations.
What you will do
- Identify and source suitable candidates using online platforms and recruiting channels.
- Review applications and resumes to shortlist profiles against job requirements.
- Conduct early-stage interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for the role and client needs.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep communication active with applicants and share timely updates with managers and clients.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future openings.
- Update applicant tracking systems and support structured recruitment workflows.
- Contribute to improving recruitment practices and the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on ability in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Comfort hiring for both IT and non-IT positions across industries such as technology, telecom, banking, engineering, retail, manufacturing, and aviation.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms, job boards, social recruiting tools, and basic HR databases.
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus the ability to manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Good organization, time management, and attention to detail for handling several open roles at once.
- Ability to work effectively in remote and virtual collaboration environments with self-direction and reliability.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting is preferred, and global or multi-regional hiring experience is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
