Real Estate Telecaller

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team at Saraswati Properties, located onsite in Kundli, Sonipat. The role involves managing inbound and outbound communication to generate and nurture leads for our real estate projects. You will play a crucial role as the initial contact for potential customers, facilitating site visits and supporting our sales team.

Key Duties

• Initiate 80 to 100 outbound calls daily targeting potential clients from provided databases and new leads.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, clearly presenting details about projects including location, pricing, and promotions.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate property options or projects.
• Encourage and schedule site visits by effectively persuading clients and coordinating with sales personnel.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects via phone calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls and lead statuses.
• Meet monthly goals for the number of qualified leads and arranged site visits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience of six months up to two years in telecalling or sales preferred; however, freshers with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent speaking and convincing skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and disciplined approach toward achieving targets.
• Patient demeanor and proficient typing skills.
• Minimum education requirement: completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.

Work Conditions

Location is onsite at Kundli, Sonipat.

Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM with six working days per week and one weekday off.

Compensation and Growth

Salary ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 monthly, comprising a fixed pay structure. Opportunities for advancement into sales roles are available.
