Job Overview

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and results-focused Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai team. The role involves supporting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of properties.
• Develop and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Organize and conduct property tours and presentations.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.
• Stay informed on market trends and updates within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Establish and nurture strong, ongoing client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in Dubai's real estate market is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Driven by targets and motivated to succeed independently.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is desirable.
• Holding a RERA certification is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
