BAK United Contracting Co. is an expanding construction firm based in Saudi Arabia, seeking a proficient Quantity Surveyor to become part of its dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
• Keep track of project expenditures and budget adherence.
• Analyze quotations and manage variations effectively.
• Compile interim valuations and issue payment certificates.
• Support contract management and assist in cost control strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient financial operations throughout projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Have between three and five years of pertinent professional experience.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of construction contract procedures and cost management principles.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; experience with specialized Quantity Surveying software is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent analytical abilities and communication skills.
• Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
