Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to a dynamic public sector program focused on advanced data and AI-driven reporting solutions. This role involves active participation across two interconnected workstreams, providing comprehensive insight into the entire data and analytics lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft test scripts aligned with acceptance criteria before development begins.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective two-way communication.
• Embed quality practices early in the development cycle rather than performing end-stage testing only.
• Collect and maintain traceable documentation throughout testing processes.
• Assist in producing user documentation, including screen captures and guides.
• Organize and integrate testing materials and evidence within the team's project backlog.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a QA or test analyst; experience in regulatory environments is a plus but not mandatory.
• Adept at handling uncertainty and evolving technical landscapes, particularly involving emerging AI tools and infrastructure.
• Experience predominantly in manual testing, with some familiarity or interest in transitioning toward automated testing methods.
• Excellent communication skills capable of collaborating within tight-knit teams and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexible mindset comfortable with iterative development approaches emphasizing validation before scaling.

• This assignment is inside IR35 regulations.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Work within a small, collaborative squad-based environment.
• Hybrid work arrangement, requiring presence at the London office two days per week.
