Overview
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our International E-Commerce Process team based in Lucknow. This role involves ensuring quality standards within a dynamic environment, specifically tailored to e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor quality metrics with at least 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
- Utilize Six Sigma tools for process improvement initiatives.
- Manage Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Need Identification (TNI), and Business Quality (BQ) management activities.
- Adapt to a rotating 24/7 work schedule for effective coverage and support.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit strong communication and analytical capabilities to assess quality effectiveness.
- Previous Quality Assurance experience within the BPO sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the e-commerce domain will be considered a plus.
- Capacity to thrive in a high-paced and evolving workplace.
