Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Coastal Investment Group and government bodies such as MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization), GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs), and DED (Department of Economic Development).
• Handle visa application procedures and renew residency permits for employees, ensuring all required documents are accurate and current.
• Oversee renewals of company licenses, business permits, and related legal documentation essential for operational compliance.
• Submit necessary applications and monitor their progress through online platforms like Tasheel, Amer, and the ICP system.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is required.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration regulations is critical.
• Highly organized with solid administrative capabilities to manage substantial documentation workloads.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Applicants should be based in Dubai with a preference for those ready to join immediately.
