Job Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) ensuring our AI applications generate meaningful and useful responses.
• Establish guardrails and quality standards for AI interactions grounded in Strauss' company values.
• Evaluate and test AI outputs, derive measures for improvement, and consistently enhance the quality of our AI results.
• Focus on creating an intuitive user experience for AI features.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and various departments to comprehend requirements and convert them into smart conversational AI solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent German skills at a minimum C1 level and confident English communication within an international setting.
• Experience with Large Language Models and generative AI systems, understanding their potentials and limitations.
• Expertise in crafting sophisticated prompts and dialogues.
• A passion for optimal UX design and robust quality assurance while always considering the user's perspective.
• Enthusiastic team player, open to innovation, actively contributing to the advancement of AI interactions.
