Project Manager / Program Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Project or Program Manager to oversee and successfully deliver strategic initiatives spanning multiple business units. This role requires driving end-to-end project execution, managing diverse stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects meet their goals in alignment with organizational objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage projects/programs from initiation stage to final delivery.
• Establish and oversee project scopes, timelines, budgets, key milestones, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Identify potential risks, challenges, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates regularly to relevant stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Organize and lead governance activities including planning sessions and steering committees.
• Partner with both business units and technical teams to guarantee project success.
• Champion continuous improvement, streamline processes, and manage organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure on-time delivery within defined scope and budget constraints.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and performance dashboards.

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Demonstrated background in Project or Program Management roles.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management capabilities.
• Experience handling complex, cross-functional projects in diverse settings.
• Solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methods.
• Expertise in project planning, financial oversight, risk handling, and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Credentials

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalents.
• Previous experience in industries including Banking, Financial Services, Technology, Telecommunications, or Consulting.
• Background leading digital transformation, data-centric, technology, or operational programs.
