Key Responsibilities

• Manage content for specialized user groups focusing on digitalization, IT, and artificial intelligence in the energy field.
• Design and conceptualize both individual and group development or consulting projects and workshops.
• Devise innovative concepts and solutions addressing contemporary issues in the energy industry.
• Lead and execute projects autonomously within the domains of digitalization, IT, and AI.

Requirements

• Possess a university degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have between three to five years of professional experience including practical exposure to the energy sector and/or digitalization or IT projects.
• Demonstrate strong skills in communication, project management, presentation, and facilitation or moderation.
• Exhibit excellent conceptual thinking, coupled with an independent, organized, and solution-focused work style.
• Be open to occasional travel required for client engagements.
