Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to lead and oversee construction projects with Santarli Construction Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise to ensure successful project delivery aligned with quality standards and safety regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the project team throughout all phases of construction.
• Oversee project budget management and maintain cash flow control.
• Ensure all construction works meet the targeted CONQUAS quality assessment score.
• Implement and maintain workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Guide the project team in executing tender submissions and comprehensive project management tasks.
• Plan and organize project logistics including workforce allocation and material scheduling.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
• Have a minimum of ten years of relevant industry experience.
