Role Overview

The company seeks Project Engineers and Junior Project Engineers with 0 to 7 years of experience to manage and coordinate packaging machinery projects ensuring smooth delivery from order through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution of packaging machinery projects from order receipt to final delivery.
• Liaise with multiple departments such as Design, Production, Electrical, Automation, Quality, and Service to ensure seamless project progress.
• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning phases of machinery projects.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOM), technical specs, and project requirements.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to clarify project timelines and expectations.
• Monitor project schedules and maintain adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support to resolve onsite troubleshooting issues.
• Compile project documentation, reports, and status updates for management review.
• Support site-based installation, commissioning activities, customer interaction, and project handover.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering.
• Between zero to seven years of relevant experience in project engineering, machine production, packaging machinery, or industrial automation sectors.
• Proficient in understanding machine assembly processes, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Strong communication and coordination competencies to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to read and analyze engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
• Good problem-solving aptitude and capacity to manage project execution tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and commissioning as required.
• Preference given to candidates with background in packaging machinery, industrial equipment manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment industries.
