Project Coordinator

About the Role

In the position of Project Coordinator at Metric Marketing, you will be instrumental in guiding projects to successful completion by managing tasks and deliverables within the creative and digital production teams. You will serve as a vital communications link between Accounts and Production departments, overseeing client and internal coordination to maintain schedules and budgets. Collaborating closely with Senior Project Management, your support will help ensure workflows remain efficient and client expectations are met.

Key Duties

• Define project goals, requirements, and scope, while planning, tracking, and documenting activities across the project lifecycle to guarantee punctual delivery of materials and tasks.
• Promote transparent and ongoing communication with all involved stakeholders, nurture client and account executive relationships to build trust and collaboration.
• Supervise external partners including freelancers and vendors responsible for production, printing, and other outsourced services, assuring quality in deliverables.
• Manage project documentation and storage ensuring organized and accurate records for all ongoing projects.
• Assist senior management in optimizing production workloads and scheduling; support the Traffic Manager to ensure smooth project flow and timely client deliveries.
