About the Company
The company is headquartered in the USA with its India head office located in Ahmedabad. It delivers a SaaS-based product tailored for the US Healthcare industry.
Role Overview
This position involves Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) specifically for medical coding products in US healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for executing UATs, writing and performing test cases, and validating various workflows related to Risk Adjustment, Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC), and International Classification of Diseases (ICD) coding.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in QA and UAT roles.
- Must have a strong US healthcare domain knowledge, particularly in Risk Adjustment, HCC, and ICD coding.
- Preference will be given to candidates who started as medical coders and moved into QA/testing roles.
- Applicants from pure non-healthcare IT backgrounds will not be considered suitable.
