Store Performer supports retail partners, store managers, and shop teams in achieving both individual and collective goals via tailored training and onboarding programs. The platform inspires store teams to develop professionally across multiple areas such as customer service, brand ambassadorship, product knowledge, visual merchandising, omnichannel service, and social media strategy. They provide comprehensive tools to help turn retail members into local retail heroes.

Role Overview

The role calls for a passionate and driven Product Owner to spearhead the strategic development and marketing of Store Performer. Responsibilities include enhancing and expanding platform features to ensure continuous innovation and alignment with retail teams' needs in a digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Store Performer.
• Collaborate with the software developer to implement ongoing innovations.
• Work closely with store teams and the Store Network Manager to identify improvements and execute enhancements for the app.
• Analyze Store Performer data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement changes.
• Manage stakeholders including national and international brand and retail partners, store teams, and internal Store INC colleagues.
• Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement within the company.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an energetic self-starter comfortable in a startup environment with a passion for digitalization, AI, and omnichannel retail.

Qualifications & Experience

• University level thinking and working capacity (HBO/WO), preferably in Business, IT, or Retail Management.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within retail, e-commerce, or digital agent implementation.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English languages.
• Experience working with partner formulas and interest in innovative retail strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
