Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, customer-oriented Product Manager to lead the planning and execution of innovative products designed to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and promote business expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that support organizational objectives.
• Collect and prioritize inputs from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to steer product development.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor evaluation, and analyze user feedback to uncover new product opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, UX/UI design, quality assurance, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain up-to-date product roadmaps, feature backlogs, user stories, and essential product documentation.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer necessity, and technological feasibility.
• Track product success by monitoring KPIs, customer insights, and data analytics.
• Lead product launches, feature rollouts, pricing tactics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and expectations among stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement through testing, user feedback, and data-driven product decisions.
• Present progress reports, business cases, and strategic proposals to senior management.
• Foster an innovative, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep understanding of product management, product lifecycle principles, and Agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology products, software platforms, or digital solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and product metrics.
• Competence in preparing product roadmaps, user stories, business cases, and requirements documentation.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Productboard.
• Effective collaboration skills with software engineering and UX/UI teams.
• Commercial acumen to balance client satisfaction with business objectives.
• Proven problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• High degree of professionalism, responsibility, flexibility, and customer centricity.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) are preferred.
