About the Team
The Infrastructure team is responsible for providing comprehensive managed services and solutions supporting the entire Internet infrastructure for the Group, including business applications. The team specializes in architecting and maintaining data centers, connectivity, cloud platforms, networking, systems, storage, and security, ensuring high-quality, stable service delivery to internal business units.
The Platform Team develops internal systems and automation tools to boost efficiency across infrastructure and engineering teams by transforming manual processes into scalable, user-friendly digital platforms that improve productivity and operational transparency.
Job Description
We seek a Product Manager to oversee the full product lifecycle of internal systems that optimize daily operations for infrastructure and network teams. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, translating operational demands into clear product requirements and intuitive system designs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, with special attention to non-technical users.
- Evaluate current workflows to find opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Design product workflows, system architectures, and user experiences for internal tools and dashboards.
- Coordinate closely with development teams to ensure precise implementation and timely delivery of product features.
- Maintain the product roadmap and prioritize projects based on their impact on the business.
- Conduct user testing sessions and collect feedback to continuously enhance usability and efficiency.
- Document product specifications, operational workflows, and release notes to facilitate internal communication and alignment.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related role within a technical or infrastructure environment.
- Proficient analytical skills capable of deconstructing complex workflows and pinpointing automation potentials.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, adept at converting non-technical needs into actionable system requirements.
- Experience collaborating directly with software developers and technical teams.
- Knowledge of system design, API-driven workflows, or automation platforms is advantageous.
- Previous involvement in developing internal or enterprise tools is strongly preferred.
