About the Role
Join Mix & Match, a dynamic part of the House of Travel Group, dedicated to providing customers with an effortless way to browse, compare, and book flights at attractive prices, supported by excellent customer service. This Product Manager position offers a significant role in advancing the company's eCommerce ambitions by enhancing the entire user journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to streamline, accelerate, and increase conversion across the Mix & Match website, content management system, and booking engines.
- Develop and oversee a structured experimentation and test-and-learn program that shapes the product roadmap and ensures insights are shared organization-wide.
- Analyze user funnels and behavior to identify barriers, reduce drop-offs, increase task completion rates, and optimize the booking funnel's efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, internal technology teams, and external developers to implement prioritized improvements.
- Partner with marketing leadership to align the on-site customer experience with broader eCommerce strategies, ensuring cohesive cross-functional efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated success as a Product Manager focusing on eCommerce and digital user journeys, prioritizing conversion and customer behavior improvements.
- A conversion rate optimization (CRO) expertise, with a mindset focused on funnel analysis, reducing friction, experimentation, and impact-driven strategies.
- Proficient in working with UX designers and engineering teams to convert insights into prioritized, testable actions and deliverables.
- Data-driven decision-making ability, comfortable utilizing analytics and performance metrics to guide prioritization and measure success.
- Experience navigating and progressing product development in environments involving legacy systems modernization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to harmonize objectives across commercial, marketing, and technical teams while maintaining momentum amid competing priorities.
