Product Lead

You will play a pivotal part in crafting the future direction of our bank by developing innovative, high-quality products for our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the key Cards and Lending product, including accountability for the entire P&L.
• Develop and implement a progressive product strategy based on data, market insights, and new technologies such as AI.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle encompassing customer acquisition, engagement, credit performance, and portfolio expansion.
• Create novel product propositions rooted in comprehensive customer analytics and insights.
• Discover and capitalize on growth opportunities across varying customer and credit segments.
• Integrate AI and data-driven decision making into product functionalities, operational processes, and customer experiences.
• Represent customer interests by translating complex needs into simple, effective product designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless, superior quality product delivery.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of product initiatives, continuously experimenting, learning, and refining approaches.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Intermediate proficiency in user research and Cards & Lending operations and technology.
• Advanced skills in communication and coordination across teams, product analysis, product development and management, and credit risk management.
• Core knowledge of Agile methodologies with certification considered a plus.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in product management, preferably related to Cards, Lending, or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing and scaling customer-facing financial products.
• Deep understanding of credit, card, and lending landscapes.
• Experience in agile, high-velocity digital work settings.
• Proficient with mobile and web technologies, with beneficial exposure to data and AI-driven product strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
