- Process and place purchase orders for goods.
- Coordinate closely with the production team regarding component delivery arrangements.

- Detect and correct errors in master data configuration.
- Identify and communicate necessary improvements within procurement procedures.
- Provide training to new employees.
- Post invoices and handle administrative financial tasks.
- Request credit information as needed.
- Conduct pre-calculation work through inquiries.
- Engage and entertain clients professionally.
- Manage telephone switchboard operations and track appointments.
- Prepare bills of materials and request components accordingly.
- Create delivery notes and monitor inventory to avoid negative stock levels in assemblies.
- Maintain flexibility in executing diverse tasks.
