Role Overview
The role of Privacy & Risk Analyst primarily involves contributing to the Enterprise Risk Management and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs. Responsibilities include supporting identification, management, and reporting of risk while promoting sustainability goals. The analyst will collaborate across departments to facilitate risk coordination, ESG projects, governance activities, and support ongoing enhancement of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) frameworks. This position offers extensive exposure to enterprise risk, ESG, and organizational resilience within a dynamic SaaS company.
Requirements
- Proven experience or solid academic foundation in Enterprise Risk Management and ESG principles.
- Knowledge of risk and control frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301, NIST, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing tasks proactively to completion.
- Strong analytical aptitude and excellent organizational skills to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication, able to simplify complex risk and ESG topics.
- High precision and dedication to data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
