Recent projects include Ready or Not 2, Wasteman, Rental Family, Urchin, Black Mirror, and The Gentlemen Season 2.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Designer to independently manage and execute print campaign elements. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring a balance between creative vision, client expectations, and commercial constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for key art and related print campaign materials.
• Interpret briefs to create clear and actionable creative plans internally.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion.
• Present creative work internally and contribute effectively to client discussions.
• Participate in photoshoots, providing both creative insights and logistical support.
• Support and mentor Junior Designers and Studio Assistants.
• Suggest and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Uphold high creative and operational standards in all deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience designing within fast-paced agency or studio environments.
• Strong conceptual ability and mastery of typography skills.
• Capability to independently manage projects with confidence.
• Aptitude for balancing creative ambitions with project timelines and budgets.
• Experience liaising with clients or external partners.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented approach to work.
