Role overview

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to lead commercial modelling and negotiations for large, complex deals across Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts. The role requires a strong understanding of customer commercial expectations, the proposed product or solution, and the ability to shape commercially balanced proposals that work for both the customer and the business.

Key responsibilities

You will own the financial and commercial evaluation of major sales opportunities and prepare business cases for senior review and approval. This includes building robust models, assessing costs and returns, and supporting decision-making with clear financial insights.

  • Develop commercial and financial models for major opportunities.
  • Prepare business cases with detailed analysis such as ROI, NPV, IRR, non-financial benefits, KPIs, and risk assessment.
  • Present recommendations for review and approval at senior management level.
  • Apply working knowledge of financial accounting concepts including taxation, balance sheet treatment, and overhead allocation.
  • Manage high-value financial contracts and evaluate changes that may affect the business case.
  • Identify commercial and legal risks and understand the possible implications.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions with internal stakeholders and customers to reach mutually acceptable outcomes.
  • Handle complex contract structures and clauses such as arbitration, dispute resolution, due diligence, and termination, with support from Legal and other teams.
  • Partner with the Bid Manager and Contract Manager on opportunity costing, budgeting, and forecasting.

Profile and experience
