The position suits a senior product leader who can combine market knowledge, customer insight, and product execution to shape platform direction and deliver business value. You will own the product journey end to end, from early planning and roadmap design to release, optimization, and continuous enhancement.
Because this is a highly cross-functional environment, you will work closely with engineering, product, sales, support, professional services, quality assurance, security, and architecture teams. The role calls for someone who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery needs while staying responsive to client requirements and market shifts.

- Build and maintain an 18-month rolling roadmap that reflects customer priorities and strategic business goals.
- Set product priorities and coordinate with teams on sprint planning, quarterly planning, and execution sequencing.
- Drive coordination across engineering, QA, security, architecture, product support, and product management functions.
- Equip professional services and support teams with the processes, knowledge, and tools they need to serve customers effectively.
- Contribute to sales efforts by supporting strategic opportunities, enterprise deals, and partnership conversations.
- Convert business goals and customer feedback into clear product strategies and execution plans.
- Keep the platform moving forward by aligning long-term direction with tactical delivery and improvement work.
- Use domain knowledge and customer insight to spot innovation opportunities and ways to stand out competitively.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical, business, or financial field.
- An MBA or another advanced qualification is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software product management, with strong command of strategy and lifecycle ownership.
- A track record of managing products from concept through production deployment.
- Solid understanding of software delivery models, including high-volume, high-throughput, streaming, and batch systems.
- Hands-on experience in financial services domains such as customer management, lending, marketing, service platforms, or business event notification.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing detailed plans and handling competing priorities.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus, along with excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Prior exposure to product tools such as Jira and Aha is an advantage.
- Comfort leading complex initiatives, solving business problems, and driving alignment between technical and business groups.
Benefits
- Approximate base salary range of USD 143,500 to USD 225,500, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Fully remote arrangement within the United States.
- Broad compensation, benefits, and rewards offerings.
- An inclusive and collaborative culture that supports innovation and professional growth.
- Learning programs and skill-building opportunities to support career development.
- Employee resource groups and social initiatives that encourage connection and engagement.
- Work-life balance initiatives designed to support well-being.
- The chance to contribute to advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and decision technology solutions used worldwide.
Application and hiring process
This role is posted on behalf of a partner company, and that employer manages applications, reviews, interviews, assessments, and all next steps. The hiring process uses an AI-assisted matching approach to screen candidates against the key requirements, after which shortlisted profiles are shared with the employer for final review.
Privacy and data processing
By submitting an application, candidates agree that Jobgether may process personal data for assessment purposes and share relevant information with the hiring employer. This is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Candidates may request access, correction, deletion, or objection at any time.
The process may also use AI tools to help review applications, analyze resumes, assess responses, and flag possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support recruitment staff but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions remain with people. Applicants can contact the company for more information about data handling.
