Role overview
This position is for a Planning Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, working in the integrated facilities management sector. The role supports production planning activities and helps ensure materials and production orders are available when needed. Strong English communication and advanced Excel use are important for success in this position.
Key duties
- Support production planners by helping track material availability and production order readiness.
- Prepare system-based reports and check for any shortages that could affect planning.
- Help maintain healthy material availability so the production plan can move forward smoothly.
- Use Excel extensively for planning, tracking, and reporting tasks.
