Placement Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Placement Officer based in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, to assist candidates from our short-term skill development programs in securing employment. The key focus will be on cultivating relationships with employers, organizing placement drives and interviews, monitoring placement outcomes, and providing career guidance to trainees. The officer will collaborate closely with training centers and industry partners to facilitate successful placement into appropriate entry-level positions. Additionally, the role involves engaging with industry players and onboarding corporate clients for training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture robust connections with companies and industry stakeholders.
• Identify corporate training requirements and bring organizations on board for training programs at the center.
• Promote industry involvement in sustainability and CSR-related training activities.
• Work in coordination with internal training teams to ensure programs match industry needs.
• Manage placement processes by linking trainees with potential employers and organizing interview schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive records of companies, training activities, and placement statistics.
• Monitor placement progress and gather necessary documentation for reporting purposes.
• Document success narratives and placement achievements for project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess excellent networking and outreach capabilities to proactively engage companies and expand training opportunities.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline, with preference for MBA or PGDM qualifications.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in industry engagement, placements, business development, or CSR-related projects.
• Strong skills in communication, networking, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated success in company outreach and partnership creation for training programs.
• Experience related to skill development, training centers, or NGO/CSR projects is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and competent in conducting basic reporting and documentation.
• Open to traveling for industry visits and outreach tasks.

Additional Information

Location: Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, India
Salary Range: 25000 to 35000 INR per month
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site presence required.
