This role entails full responsibility for executing monthly payroll processes while applying expertise in tax and social security law alongside proficiency in payroll systems. Key Responsibilities

• Independently carrying out monthly payroll and salary accounting
• Maintaining and managing employee master and movement data
• Ensuring compliance with payroll tax and social security regulations
• Handling notifications to health insurance providers, social insurance agencies, and tax authorities
• Serving as the primary contact for employees on payroll-related inquiries
• Managing employee onboarding, terminations, contract modifications, and special payments
• Preparing reports and certificates as required
• Collaborating with external parties such as tax consultants and government offices
• Contributing to the enhancement of payroll and HR processes

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in payroll accounting
• Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security legislation
• Experience working with payroll software systems
• Proficient in managing employee master data and payroll-relevant changes
• Skilled in communication with health insurance providers, tax offices, and public authorities
