Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut focuses on solving large-scale challenges with agility and precision to enable global expansion. We are recruiting a Payments Implementation Manager responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and secure local payment operations within the UAE. You will manage compliance, maintain key payment system relationships, and oversee operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong partnerships with UAE local payment systems, serving as Revolut's primary liaison.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Manage complete payment operation workflows, including transaction initiation, verification, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve technical issues related to payment platforms.
• Prepare and provide regular reports detailing payment activities, transaction volumes, and performance metrics for informed decision-making and compliance purposes.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as fraud, errors, and operational disruptions by proposing control measures and conducting thorough risk evaluations.
• Participate actively in industry forums and working groups to stay connected with sector developments.
• Keep abreast of emerging payment industry trends, regulations, and technological innovations to continually improve expertise.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum five years of professional experience working with local payment schemes.
• Relevant certifications and training in local payment system operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the legislation governing payment operations.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills with strong writing capabilities.
