Role Overview

The Partnerships Lead position is instrumental in expanding Hismile's reach by spearheading strategic alliances, influencer collaborations, content creation, and brand activations. This dynamic role encompasses managing influencer campaigns, developing brand partnerships, representing the brand at events, nurturing ambassador relationships, and producing engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global influencer, ambassador, and affiliate initiatives.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with creators, talent managers, media, agencies, and brands.
• Coordinate ongoing influencer gifting campaigns to sustain engagement.
• Identify strategic partner opportunities with brands, retailers, wellness firms, events, and aligned organizations.
• Oversee product launch planning and end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage Hismile’s participation in trade shows, industry events, and brand activations.
• Drive product sampling efforts to broaden brand exposure.
• Monitor emerging creators, trends, and cultural moments that align with the brand.
• Create compelling social media and paid advertising content, including on-camera appearances.
• Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Track and report partnership, gifting, and influencer campaign metrics rigorously.
• Support broader marketing initiatives and daily projects as needed.

• Demonstrated background in partnerships, influencer marketing, public relations, or social media.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective relationship-building skills with influencers, creators, agencies, and external partners across seniority levels.

• Comfortable on-camera and content creation abilities.
