About the Role

We're seeking an OTR Supervisor to join our Delivery Station teams, responsible for ensuring smooth delivery operations from product handling through shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure team safety by enforcing Amazon's Health and Safety protocols.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address operational challenges effectively.
- Maintain high process quality standards consistent with Amazon's policies.
- Monitor inventory accuracy within the assigned areas.
- Continuously improve and optimize operational processes.
- Share best practices regularly with colleagues and network peers.
- Manage OTR metrics by monitoring ground processes and ensuring compliance.
- Conduct safety audits on station vehicles routinely.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures with external contractors.
- Analyze OTR metric issues, partnering with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Oversee incentive management and uniform inventory audits.
- Manage daily communications and escalations between the Delivery Station and DSP Points of Contact (POCs).
- Handle daily operational callouts related to DSP Delivery Associates.
- Arrange and monitor Day 0 attendance and follow-ups.
- Enhance DSP and Delivery Associate experiences through process streamlining and feedback incorporation.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Commitment to a 40-hour work week with willingness for overtime as needed.
- Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
- Physical capability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for up to 12 hours per shift, and perform frequent physical activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Minimum one year experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in data analytics, data warehouse reporting, and query writing.
- Proven communication skills across diverse stakeholders including leadership and peers.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, operations, or logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday, or demonstrated experience in improving, automating, standardizing or simplifying business or financial tools and procedures.
