Job Overview

The Order Taker plays a pivotal role in managing the In-Room Dining (IRD) process, ensuring seamless order receipt and placement while coordinating all user service requests related to IRD.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and placement of in-room dining orders efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee coordination of all services linked to In-Room Dining demands.
• Provide guests with clear, helpful information regarding menu selections.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage offerings, promotional deals, menu items, and food preparation methods.
• Adhere strictly to all established food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as an Order Taker or analogous role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills paired with excellent customer service aptitude.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting, maintaining high accuracy.
• Strong familiarity with food and beverage operations including detailed knowledge of menu ingredients.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
