Job Overview
This role involves designing and implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) cloud-based solutions, specializing in modules such as EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and PCMCS. The position is based in Kolkata with a pan-India hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive solutions utilizing Oracle EPM cloud applications including EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS.
- Manage and develop components including Narrative Reporting, HFR, and Data Management within the EPM framework.
- Lead multiple transformational projects employing Oracle EPM suite across diverse sectors like Finance, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Logistics, and the Public sector.
- Create industry-standard tools to support pre-sales activities and assist in estimating project budgets accurately.
- Develop and implement continuous development tools such as reusable EPM Automate backup scripts and RTM templates to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver cloud solutions across various EPM tools including EPBCS, ARCS, and PCMCS, ensuring quality and innovation.
- Produce marketing collateral such as Go-To-Market flyers for internal and external stakeholders to promote solutions.
- Drive new business opportunities for the competency by offering insightful and value-driven customer recommendations.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Applicants must possess a graduation degree from any field.
Compensation
The salary range is between 1,000,000 and 2,000,000 INR annually.
Work Location and Mode
This position follows a hybrid working model and is based in Kolkata, India, with opportunities across pan-India.
