We seek an Accounting Operations Manager to enhance and optimize our firm’s daily operational functions. This role focuses on establishing order, ensuring thorough documentation, enforcing process adherence, and driving continuous improvement in how the team operates.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with leadership, accounting managers, and staff to support internal operations, reinforce accountability, document standard operating procedures, and maintain consistent progress of essential recurring workflows.
