Role Overview

SBH Fashion is looking for an Operations Manager who is comfortable switching between process ownership, team coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. The ideal person is organized, accountable, detail-focused, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine interest in helping a growing business run smoothly.

This position is centered on building better systems, supporting strong client experiences from behind the scenes, and contributing across operations, marketing, and new initiatives. You may be reviewing performance data in the morning, coordinating a content shoot or partnership in the afternoon, and handling schedules, inventory, or upcoming events by the end of the day.

You will work closely with the founder and play an important role in keeping day-to-day studio operations efficient while also supporting growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate esthetician schedules, coverage, PTO, attendance, and overall staffing requirements.
  • Run regular team check-ins and performance discussions.
  • Track productivity, rebooking performance, retail sales, add-on services, and client retention.
  • Support recruitment by interviewing, onboarding, and helping new team members settle in.
  • Build and update SOPs, training guides, and internal employee resources.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor communication, and studio organization.
  • Keep daily operating standards consistently on track.
  • Maintain Square, booking tools, reports, and other operational systems with accuracy.
  • Update service menus, pricing, retail categories, and website details as needed.
  • Manage waitlists and opportunities for client rebooking.
  • Monitor inventory levels, shipping costs, and broader operating expenses.
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency, structure, and profitability.
  • Oversee email campaigns for services and products.
  • Coordinate influencers, content creators, and brand collaborations.
  • Support Meta ads and other digital growth efforts.
  • Help organize events, partnerships, and community-focused initiatives.
  • Support client reactivation and retention efforts.
  • Handle website updates, e-commerce activities, and SEO improvements.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and content production.
  • Review weekly KPIs and overall business performance.
  • Support retail growth and promotional activity.
  • Negotiate with vendors and work to improve margins where possible.
  • Evaluate new services, memberships, partnerships, and other growth opportunities.
  • Assist with future studio expansion and development of proprietary products.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, studio management, executive support, hospitality, retail, wellness, or a similar field.
  • Strong organization and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Comfort managing several priorities in a busy, high-speed environment.
  • High attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling tools, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern business software.
